STERNENLICHT B&B SUITE sleeps max 2 adults (only adults). Week ends only.

Sternenlicht is the only suite on the top floor of Storyhouse Guesthouse. It has a 180 degree view over Kommetjie’s Milkwood trees, Long Beach which is just down the road, and Hout Bay and Noordhoek in the distance. Sternenlicht’s entrance is via the main house, but has its own entrance via an inside staircase towards the second floor.

The suite is equipped with a queen size bed, shower, toilet, wash basin, hot rail and clothes cupboard. There is no TV, but free WiFi in the suite. The back of Table Moutain can be seen from your bed, and at night the stars above your suite, stretch out towards the 'fairy lights' of Hout Bay across the ocean.

The coffee nook has a Nespresso machine and tea making facilities, as well as a bar fridge.

With the first rays of the early morning sun across the floor, a delicious breakfast can be served in your suite.

During the day, relax on your private open deck with covered roof, have a swim in the communal swimming pool in the garden, or go for a walk to Long Beach where you can sunbathe, jog or swim. Kommetjie has a few shops and restaurants which you can discover on foot – no need for a vehicle during your stay in Kommetjie.

After an enriched day, you don’t want to miss the kaleidoscope of sunset colours, either from your private deck, or from Slangkop Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse in South Africa. A three course dinner – perhaps with live piano music - awaits you downstairs in the dining room. Please order dinner at least 24 hours beforehand.
